Football
On a very wet and windy Saturday 21st January the finals of the Oldham Athletic Community Cup took place. The boys did our school proud and pushed themselves really hard. They managed to top their group with two well taken goals by Myles Edmondson. We eventually went out in the quarter finals after taking the tie to extra time . All the boys played well but a special mention goes to Sam Ryder and Matthew Berry who were both outstanding. We all then went to watch Oldham Athletic v Exeter City which all the boys seemed to enjoy. A special thank you goes to all the parents who braved the weather and were all really supportive to myself and to the team. (Mr Payton)
