General Class Information - Spring Term 2026
PE
Indoor and outdoor kits are required for Monday and Tuesday.
Home Learning
Year 3 are required to read at least 3 times a week, for around 5 - 10 minutes.
Spellings are set on Fridays to be tested the following Friday morning, children can access their spellings via spelling shed.
Children should practise their times tables atleast 3 times a week, these can be done via interactive learning such as TTRS.
Children should also use Prodigy both English and Maths to support their learning in class.

Our quality text for this term is Arthur and the Golden Rope . Over the term, children will be developing their skills in order to be able to write a descriptive advertisement and we will also be looking at various types of poetry which will support the children when they decide on the type of poem they would like to write and why.
